Zip the Horse, a 71st Birthday and a visit with the Forwercks

Kenny, Kasey and Crystal are giving Zip a few cuddles before his big family debut.

The family Cow Girl Kylie, showed us what they could do. The only job that I could have in the rodeo would be the clown!

Why the long face?

All I could think about was how bad it was going to hurt when I fell off but, with Kylie's guidance I made it out alive!

After a small knee buckle Zip adjusted to Kenny on his back and gave him a ride around the arena. I am not sure who was more uncomfortable... Kenny or the horse.

Crystal and Kasey freezing but still having fun!Zip loving all the attention.

One of Zip's stable friends. Sorry Kylie, I don't know this one's name... you'll have to let me know. He liked Kenny though. Must of thought that he had some treats for him or perhaps there was food in his pockets!

This is Scamper. He finally warmed up enough to Kenny to have him hold him. No smiles or nips this time.

Now on to the musical styling of Miss Kylie Forwerck... she did a great job of the a couple of our favorite Disney tunes.

Angie and Don Jones ready to open a birthday surprise from the family.

Kenny, Kylie, Kasey and I posing for a Jones Soda commercial.

Crystal, Kylie, and Kasey were showing Uncle Bub a photo album when I captured this Kodak Moment.

The entire family all together on one couch. This is a shot for the mantle. Too bad I don't have one!

The Birthday Boy surrounded by the family. Why for this birthday does he only get one candle and I had so many? I think that next year we will need to a bigger cake for the 72 candles that we are going to need.

Card Night has gone to the Dogs

Cross Country for Game Night Jones Style!

We ventured cross country to see Kenny's folks in Ohio. Misty and Logan loved having the company of Burtie too. He on the other hand was not so keen on them and kept to himself in the bedroom upstairs. Here are some of the highlights of the trip to see the Jones!

Here is Logan and Kenny putting on their best smiles.

Misty and I have a cuddle.

The games were too much for Misty in the end. She retired to the couch to catch some ZZZ's. Her snoring would have kept the rest of us up if we were dozing around the card table. What a noise this little dog can make!
Logan on the other hand is helping Dad Jones with his hand.

Is the game over? Where are the treats that we get for winning?

Neway's Conference!

The King has Come to Neways!

The Neways headquaters in Salt Lake City, Utah has been transformed. Our new product called Durian Fusion is here and they wanted to shout it from the rooftops ---literally!
It tastes so good that it's hard to imagine that it is a good for you as it is! Can't wait to share it with all of you.

Here is my friend Vicki Queen, known to others as the "Meno Queen" as she helps women and in turn men with hormonal issues through Neways products. She is in CEO Eric Larsen's chair testing it out for herself!

I was honoured to be given an award for enrollment this year. It was a surprise but, a nice honour to be recognized. I hope that all of my team next year will be up there getting their awards.

This is Nancy and her husband Warren. 2 of the best people in the world! Nancy has become more than a mentor and a friend, she is like family.
This is one of the many awards that Neways presented to them this year.

Here are the LindenPure Group members that attended the conference. It was nice to see friends from Cayman, Oregon, and Wisconsin there from our group and the many others from all over Canada and the US.

Some of Neways finest... these girls didn't stop the whole time we were there. They work so hard to make Neways the best that it can be. Can't thank them enough!

RV Dreamin'

Here is the dream rig for Kenny and I

Kenny looks really good behind the wheel I thought. It is cheaper than our Condo and is about the same size-- we could really be nomads in this thing.

Wow-- it even has a skylight! This thing has everything. Do you think anyone would notice if we just drove it out of the convention center?
Who wants to go on a road trip?
This is the kind of camping that we should have done as kids!

I'm OLD!!

My 33rd Birthday!

Here I am with my very tasty birthday cake. Yes, there are a lot of candles on it. I know that I am getting old. Being the wind bag that I am I got them all out in gust though.

It was not the first cake of the day though... Kenny was up early making me one. I had him add banana to it and it wasn't up to the Jones highest baking standard and ended up in the trash before we even got to taste it! I am sure that it would have been perfect with a little extra icing.

The excitement or perhaps the tons of food were too much for John and Burtie! Or maybe it was the disbelief that I was that old!

Visitors and Virginia City!

The View from the Top!

On our historic tour of the old west... our first stop the scenic view from the Sierra Nevada Mountain Range. This is looking down on Reno.

I needed more than the pink scarf to keep the cold off up there. I was afraid to get to close to the edge and get blown over.

John and Mom were enjoying the view up there as well.

It was hard enough to stand up on your own but, John likes a challenge. Not that carrying all of the 75 pound Gail is that!

Mom are you in there or is that Cousin It?

Kenny steals a kiss at the Miner's Museum in Virginia City.

Here is where everyone is! We nearly thought that we were in a ghost town until we walked by the "Bucket of Blood Saloon". When we hear Johnny Cash songs there has to be some good times happenin'.

Nothing but, real authentic cowboys in here. Six shooters, knives and all!

Kenny thinks that this was killed on the way in! And not by his car.

We had a rip roarin' good time listening to the hoe down tunes of the Comstock Cowboys.

Historic Virginia City. The best part was the "BoB" Saloon.

You can stroll the streets, have some tasty treats at the candy and fudge shops, see authentic mining tools, real brothels, tour underground mines, take a tour on an old trolley car/ bus and...

see this Dog.... all dressed up for the party!

I wonder if she is embarrased for herself? Do you think that she would go into the closet and pick this out for the day if she had the choice? Never know, my sister would have worn her Wonder Woman UndeRoos everyday so why not the dog in the cowboy gear?

This one walks herself. The leash law is in effect here in the state of Nevada but, it doesn't say who has to hold it!
